1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OzCabs website, mobile booking service or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

OzCabs provides chauffeur-driven taxi and car rental services, including local city rentals, outstation one-way trips, round trips, multi-city journeys, hourly packages, airport transfers and tour packages across North India. All services are subject to availability of drivers and vehicles.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

• Provide a valid mobile number and correct pickup/drop locations and timings.
• Ensure the traveller is present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Carry valid identification required for the journey, including state permits where applicable.
• Treat drivers with respect and refrain from requesting anything unlawful.
• Keep children and luggage safe during the journey; roof-carrier luggage must be secured by the driver's instructions.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation via SMS, call or the website. At busy times, bookings are on a best-effort basis and may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the provided details are incomplete or incorrect.

5. Fares and Payments

Fares displayed on the website are indicative and include driver, fuel and GST within the listed kilometres unless stated otherwise. Toll, state tax, parking and outstation permits are billed as per actuals where not included.

• Hourly and package fares include the specified kilometres; extra kilometres and extra hours are charged at the transparent rates shown.
• Payments may be made in cash, by UPI or through authorised card/net-banking gateways.
• Any taxes shown separately (such as Taxes & Charges) are added to the base fare.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type. Please refer to our separate Cancellation and Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. Driver Conduct

Our drivers are screened, licensed and trained. However, OzCabs does not control the personal conduct of any third party and is not liable for personal effects left in vehicles or for acts of God, traffic delays or uncontrollable circumstances.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzCabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including booking fraudulently, reselling bookings without permission, or using vehicles for unlawful transport (for example, unauthorised commercial parcel delivery). Violation may result in suspension of your account and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

The OzCabs name, logo, website content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
